1947 Field Marshall Series II

Machinery
Start a tractor with a shotgun cartridge.

The 1947 Field Marshall Series II can be started by inserting the specially designed cartridge in the breech on the engine’s intake system. The engine is then set to the correct position and the firing pin is then struck causing a rush of hot gasses into the combustion chamber, igniting the diesel fuel and starting the engine. The shotgun cartridges contain a special slow burning propellant but no projectiles.
