A Wagin Milling Company bakers' flour, ‘Albatross’ Flour, was used throughout Western Australia. The mill, once located on Ventnor Street in Wagin, opened in c.1906 and closed in the 1960s. The Wagin Village has a replica bakery, which includes ovens donated by local bakers.
