Bird Books

Book
For Bird Lovers

The BBO was set up by the Royal Australasian Ornithologists Union (RAOU, now BirdLife Australia), as a research and education facility to work for the conservation of the migratory shorebirds which visit Roebuck Bay. It now holds one of the best bird-book libraries in the country. BBO staff and volunteers have collected all research and resources related to the birds under their watch, providing an extensive library for novices as well as researchers, and continuing to foster research and education programs.
