Boyanup Foundation Blacksmiths

Craft

Watching the blacksmith at work is like stepping back into a different era. The flames flare and the blacksmith heats the iron, then moves to the anvil to hammer it into shape. The fact that it is hot, physical and noisy work hasn’t deterred those who have completed the three month training program. A number of instructors teach the program, ensuring that this traditional skill is not lost.
